excellent facilities great location comfortable bed undersized air conditioning small table bathroom maintenance
The facilities were excellent. The location was also great. The TV streamed Netflix. This was fantastic. The bed was comfortable.
The air conditioning was undersized for my room with a high ceiling. There was only a small table provided. The bathroom needed maintenance, and the previous repairs were not well done.

the staff was helpful and friendly , offering assistance with directions. the breakfast offered a good selection of items. my room included a modern design with everything i needed for a short stay.
the elevator was VERY small and moved slowly , which was an inconvenience when carrying luggage.

amazing stay!
clean rooms spacious suite friendly staff welcome air-conditioning
the location worked so well because it was close to the duomo restaurants and the santa maria novella station i found the rooms very clean and spacious for my luggage the staff were friendly and always available air conditioning kept everything cool through the nights i slept so well
the elevator was small it was also very slow i felt impatient

the location was perfect. it was a twelve minute walk from the train station. maria at reception got us an upgrade on short notice.
